For over 45 years, Clearwater has been at the forefront of the environmental movement, acting as champion of New York’s Hudson River through landmark legislation, innovative educational programs, environmental advocacy, and their annual Clearwater Festival. The group’s founder, musician and activist, Pete Seeger, had the group reach out to our studio to freshen up their brand and re-design their logo to focus on the sloop Seeger and company built in 1969 “to save the river.” The result is a reinvigorated brand and a mark that celebrates the group’s origins and the community around it.
